Matja\u017e Spreitzer (Head of Advanced Materials Department, Jo\u017eef Stefan Institute)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kdaj:<\/strong><br>20 April 2026 ob 11. uri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kje:<\/strong><br>Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za elektrotehniko,<br>Tr\u017ea\u0161ka cesta 25, Ljubljana (Diplomska soba, B0)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in preko spleta: <a href=\"https:\/\/uni-lj-si.zoom.us\/j\/95331027624\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Zoom povezava<\/a> do dogodka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ve\u010d o predavanju:<\/strong><br>V okviru predavanja bom predstavil 15 let razvoja pulznega laserskega nana\u0161anja (PLD) na Institutu \u00bbJo\u017eef Stefan\u00ab, kot ene izmed klju\u010dnih tehnik za sintezo epitaksialnih tankih plasti in heterostruktur. \n\nNa Odseku za raziskave sodobnih materialov smo v sodelovanju z Nanocentrom vzpostavili prvi PLD laboratorij v Sloveniji, ki danes vklju\u010duje dva komplementarna PLD sistema. Osrednji znanstveni izziv laboratorija se nana\u0161a na atomsko nadzorovano rast oksidov na polprevodni\u0161kih platformah. V primeru Si substrata predstavlja klju\u010dni korak integracije Sr\u2011pasivacija in kontrola rekonstrukcije Si povr\u0161ine. Urejenost pasivirane povr\u0161ine, ki se ka\u017ee v terasah z enodimenzionalnimi verigami atomov, je klju\u010dna za nadaljnjo epitaksialno rast oksidov. Ta vklju\u010duje postopek kineti\u010dno kontrolirane sekven\u010dne depozicije, ki omogo\u010da rast za\u0161\u010ditne in urejene plasti SrTiO\u2083. Na osnovi elektronske sklopitve SrTiO\u2083 s Si smo pokazali na mo\u017enost uporabe pripravljenih heterostruktur za pretvorbo son\u010dne energije v zeleni vodik. Kot alternativo direktni epitaksiji smo razvili tudi postopek van der Waalsove epitaksije, ki poteka preko vmesnega sloja grafena. Ta omogo\u010da pripravo kakovostnega SrTiO\u2083 psevdosubstrata ter zmanj\u0161uje zahteve vpenjanja in medsebojne reaktivnosti. Na tako pripravljenih pseudosubstratih smo nadalje preu\u010devali magnetne, feroelektri\u010dne in piezoelektri\u010dne heterostrukture ter funkcionalnosti ciljano prilagajali z elasti\u010dnimi in termi\u010dnimi napetostmi, kar bom v predavanju podkrepil s prikazom konkretnih primerov<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Komu&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>je predavanje namenjeno:<\/strong><br>Raziskovalcem, in\u017eenirjem, \u0161tudentom in strokovnjakom, ki delujejo na podro\u010djih polprevodni\u0161kih tehnologij, znanosti o materialih, mikroelektronike in sorodnih podro\u010dij.
